Whether you're a seasoned user or new to our platform, this guide will walk you through it all.

Log in to app.txsync.io/portal and connect your wallet to reveal the intuitive new interface.
Explore more: In the ‘Explore more’ section, you can find valuable resources about our platform, products and features, as well as the work we are doing in the zkSync ecosystem!
Change Network: You can easily switch between different blockchain networks with just one click!
Your account: Here, you can copy your address, change the theme or log-out of your account.
Overview of your balance: The new, enhanced UI allows you to quickly and effectively see your finance status. You also have the “Hide Zero Balances” option, which you can activate to declutter your view even more, displaying only the assets with balances.
And if you are a certain NFT holder, you’ll see this pop-up message letting you know that you are eligible for gas free transactions! 😎
Receive Funds: Choose to receive by scanning a QR code or copying your wallet address directly from the dashboard.
Send funds: Use the enhanced send functionality, which leads you through a three-step process to ensure accurate transactions.

Top Up with Ramp: You can now easily add funds to your wallet using Ramp, bypassing traditional exchanges for a straightforward crypto purchase experience!
Swap: Quickly swap cryptocurrencies within txPortal. Access the 'Swap' feature, select your preferred platform, choose your tokens, and execute the swap to update your wallet instantly.

Our new design provides easier access to your transaction history. With the search function, you can now look up transactions by hash, and sort them by date, token type, or value. You can also claim all of your transactions here.
Contact feature allows you to add addresses as Contacts, simplifying and securing the transaction process, as well as making it faster! Just press the + button, write the name and address of your contact and you’re done. You always have the option to edit or delete it, giving you full control over your contact list.
Navigate: From the txPortal, click on the txBridge link or visit app.txsync.io/bridge directly. If you didn’t, connect your wallet, and you’re in!
Choose Your Action: You can choose if you want to do a Withdrawal (L2 to L1) or Deposit (L1 to L2) transaction from the streamlined toggle options.
Select Token and Amount: Use the enhanced visuals to select the preferred token and enter the amount you wish to bridge.
Choose the token and the amount you want to send. You can also choose a token for gas fees by using the drop-down menu, and even have gas-free transactions if you are a certain NFT holder!
Review and Confirm: Verify all the details in the simplified transaction summary page before confirming to ensure everything is correct.

Check Status: After reviewing, the next step is to confirm the transaction in your wallet and then you’re good to go! After the successful transaction, you can view the detailed summary of the transaction details right on your screen! Just click “View transaction”.
Note: bridging from Ethereum to zkSync Era takes ~15 minutes and bridging from zkSync Era to Ethereum takes ~24 hours.
